Verify with Official Sources
Always verify all dates, deadlines, polling locations, and requirements with your official state or county election website. Election rules and dates can change. Your state's Secretary of State website is the authoritative source.
AI Can Make Mistakes
The AI chat feature is powered by Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic. AI can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or provide outdated information. Always check critical information — such as registration deadlines, voter ID requirements, and polling locations — against official sources before acting on it.
Not Affiliated with Government
Voter Choice is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, campaign, political party, or candidate. This is an independent, nonpartisan tool built to help voters research their ballot.
Chat Availability
The free AI chat feature has a limited monthly capacity. When chat is unavailable, you can always use the copy-and-paste prompt to research your ballot in any free AI chatbot (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or others).
Election Data Updates
We update election data periodically. Check the "Data last updated" date shown on the site. If an election is approaching and the data looks outdated, verify directly with your state election office.
No Warranty
This tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Grey Bird Flies LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of this tool.
Founding Member Presale
Founding Member is sold by Grey Bird Flies LLC, doing business as Voter Choice. When you buy it, you reserve one prepaid year of Membership, a paid service that is not live yet. Paying does not give you access to anything new today.
Price. $36 (U.S. dollars), plus any applicable taxes, charged once at checkout. The founding rate is limited to the first 100 purchases.
When your year starts. Your prepaid year starts on the day Membership launches, not the day you pay. We will email you when it starts. “Live” means you can sign in, pick your issues, and get emails on your representatives’ votes.
Automatic renewal. Founding Member is a yearly subscription. Unless you cancel, it renews at $36 a year, plus any applicable taxes, on the card you used, starting when your prepaid year ends. Nothing more is charged before Membership launches or during your prepaid year. Your founding rate lasts as long as your subscription stays active; canceling ends it.
Canceling and refunds. Before Membership launches, you can cancel any time and we refund your full payment, including any sales tax, automatically. After Membership launches, you can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and unused time is not refunded.
Our launch promise. If Membership is not live by January 31, 2027, we refund every payment you made, automatically. Features listed on the Membership roadmap without a date are not covered by this promise.

Support Voter Choice
A support payment (sometimes called a tip) is a voluntary, one-time payment to Grey Bird Flies LLC, a for-profit company doing business as Voter Choice. Voter Choice is not a charity or nonprofit organization. A support payment is not tax-deductible. It is not a contribution to any candidate, party or campaign. It does not buy a product, a service or Founding Member status, and it comes with no perks.
Stripe processes support payments on its own pages. If you paid by mistake or were charged twice, email support@voterchoice.vote and we will refund the mistaken payment. Support payments are otherwise non-refundable.
