Vote without the politics

Choose your politicians based on what they did, using their voting and donation history.

ZIP is enough for most people. An address is asked for only when a ZIP crosses districts for House representatives.

Your data is never sold. Voter Choice is 100% funded by citizen donations and upcoming premium subscriptions - never by corporate interests or venture capital. Your ZIP finds your representatives; Google may also look up its city name.

Why you should care

Congress decides things you feel every day.

How much your insulin costs.

Whether there is lead in your drinking water.

How much you owe in taxes every year.

2 Money to replace lead drinking-water pipes: H.R. 3684, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Congress.gov)

3 The tax changes most households still pay under: H.R. 1, Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (Congress.gov)

How big is this election

Every House seat is up.

A third of the Senate is up.

About half of us stay home for it.

What this app does

It shows what a member of Congress did in office. How they voted. Who paid for their campaign. What stocks they traded.

Pick your candidates. Print the list. Take it to the booth, or email it to yourself.

No account. No tracking. Nothing about you is stored.

Not in here yet:

  • Congress only. No state or local races.
  • Outside spending shows totals. Who is behind each group is written by hand, so most groups have no name yet.
  • Committee seats, and what those seats decide.
  • Promises are scored for one term. Earlier ones are not.

All four are being worked on, in that order.

What's on the roadmap

State and local races next. Your city council sets what your rent can be, fixes your street, and runs your police. Nobody keeps score on those votes.

Free, and coming soon: which committees a member sits on, and who is really behind each super PAC in your race.

Going further costs money to run, so some of it is paid: Founding Member keeps reading the record after the election - the whole term, on the issues you pick. On sale now.
